Reclassification Request

FY18 Reclassification Review

The purpose of the Reclassification Review Process is to provide an opportunity to address ACC workforce needs and allow supervisor, professional-technical and classified employees an opportunity to request a reclassification review based on specific criteria. The college recognizes as ACC continues to change that the work required to be performed by employees may also change. This year, in coordination with the Administration, the Human Resources Department has developed a Reclassification Review process.

Market Study

FY17 Non-Faculty Market Study

HR Compensation has recently concluded work on the FY17 Non-Faculty Market Study. In order to ensure market competitive salaries for non-faculty employees as required by Board Policy F-10, a comparison of similar positions at the other Texas metropolitan community colleges and the local market is conducted every two years to check the market and ensure salaries are remaining competitive.
