EDTC 3004 Requirements

• Intern and Mentor Information/Schedule online form due by class 2
• ACC Intern Contract due by class 2, signed
• Teacher Improvement Plan available for mentors, interns, supervisors, due by class 4
• Intern’s Observation of Mentor Reflection due by class 5
• Success Story - due Nov. 1

Additional Requirements

• Successfully complete EDTC 3005 online course by April 1
• Apply/pay for Standard Certification with TEA by April 15
• Contact staff with any questions or concerns.
• If you are put on a growth plan, send an emailed copy to staff.
• Do not quit a position without notifying Director.
• Keep in regular contact with supervisors and ask questions when needed.
• Ensure that mentor payment documents are submitted and that all required documents for your first year of teaching are submitted on time.
• Attend graduation
