When inclement weather advisories affect class times and possible closings, check the website for the latest determination by ACC officials and use your best judgement!

- Use Google for your website transition using instructions given in August and have websites ready for EDTC 3005 uploads.
- Consult your Cohort Handbook with any questions.
- Texas Educator Code of Ethics sheet must be signed and returned by October 1.

January:
- Online assignment submitted; field experience; any paperwork needed for your file
- Bring charged laptops whenever possible
- Apply to school districts on Employment page list
- Student ID photos on 4th floor, TBA (dress up)

- Exam prep - last class
- Take content exam ASAP
- Create online account with TEA/SBEC
- Saturday School, if needed for makeup hours or tutoring
February:
- Start interviewing with principals and district HR staff
- Saturday School, if needed for makeup hours or tutoring
March:
- Interviews at as many of the 20 districts as possible
- Apply and pay for probationary certificate (including fingerprinting) (SBEC)
- Take or retake any exams not passed (ETS)
- Register for EC-12 PPR
- Register for and take TOPT for bilingual certification (ETS)
- ESL online test preparation and take ESL exam through ETS
- Mid-term Assessment
- Spring Field Experiences and essays due
- Saturday School, if needed for makeup hours or tutoring
April:
- Successfully take EC-12 PPR (ETS)
- Interviews at as many of the 20 districts as possible
- Saturday School, if needed for makeup hours or tutoring
- Attend school district job fairs
May:
