Description: Frank Patrick's web site is dedicated to the Theory of Constraints (TOC) approach to project scheduling and performance improvement. He has put together a good Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) about Critical Chain, and how it compares to the Critical Path Method (CPM).

Description: Company specializing in Critical Chain consulting and tools. Their ProChain critical chain scheduling tool is an add-on to MS Project98 and 2000. CEO Rob Newbold is the author of a great book on the subject: Project Management in the Fast Lane, Applying the Theory of Constraints, published in 1998.


Scitor
Description: Their PM tool, PS8, has a built-in critical chain methodology. Also, their white-paper on CCPM is a pretty good description of how the nuts and bolts of CCPM scheduling work, despite the obvious bias toward their own tool.
