  1. How do I order a new telephone line?

    Requests for telephone installation, relocation or upgrade must be submitted to Telephone Services.  Please read the Telephone Service Request Procedures before filling out the service request forms.

  2. How do I report a problem with my telephone line?

    You can report a problem with your voice or data line by contacting the Helpdesk at 223-HELP (4357) or at helpdesk@austincc.edu.  You can also submit a Trouble Report form to Telephone Services.  Please read the Telephone Trouble Report Procedures before filling out the trouble report form.

  5. How do I retrieve my voice messages when I am off campus?

    To retrieve voice mail messages when you are off campus, dial 223-1799 and follow the Call Pilot prompts.  If you need help with accessing your voice mail messages, follow the instructions in the Meridian Voicemail tutorial.
