ACCNet Telecommunications Department is making available to Budget Authorities or their representatives the ability to review their department’s phone records. Microcall Browser Report is a module that allows the user access to phone records from their desktops. By using a Login ID and Password, the user only needs a Web Browser to perform searches on their call data, create Ad-hoc Reports, identify Most Expensive Calls, and detect Toll Fraud / Internal Employee Abuse and improving Customer Service.
In the fields provided below, please create a User Id and Password, it will be used to access the Microcall System.

After your account has been set up you can easily access these records through the following link: http://microcall/Microcall/MCRepServer.dll?logon - The browser is very easy to use. There are on-line instructions available once you log in. Be advised that if your phone sets are not located at the Highland Business Center (HBC), the reports will only show OUTGOING calls. The reason for this is because the Microcall Call Accounting Server is located at HBC. Reports done on HBC phone sets will show both INCOMING and OUTGOING calls.
