Listen to Messages:

1-Log in to your mailbox . 

2-Press Two to hear the first message 

3-Press Six to advance to the next message and Two to play. 

 

Reply to a Message: 

1-After listening to message, press SevenOne to reply. 

2-Press Five to record. 

3-Press Pound key to stop recording. 

4-Press SevenNine to send the message.

Forwarding Messages:

1-After listening to message, press SevenThree to forward 

2-Enter the mailbox number or distribution list to which you want to forward the message. 

3-Press Pound after each mailbox and Pound again to finish your the list of mailboxes. 

4-To record an attached message press Five, wait for the tone, then speak, end the recording by pressing Pound key. 

5-To send the message, press SevenNine.

Call Sender:

1-After listening to message, press Nine to call the sender's phone. 

2-Speak to the sender or leave a message. 

3-When you have finished your call, hang up.

 

Express Messaging:

1-Dial the express messaging access number. 

2-Enter the mailbox number, followed by Pound key. 

3-Wait for tone, then record. 4-Hang up.

Composing a Message:

1-Log in. 

2-Press SevenFive to compose. 

3-Enter a list of mailboxes or distribution lists, followed by Pound key. 

4-End the list with an extra Pound key. 

5-Press Five to record. 

6-Press Pound key to stop recording. 

7-Press Two to re-play your message. 

8-Press SevenNine to send message.

Deleting a Message:

1-Press SevenSix to delete.  

To restore a message press SevenSix

You may restore a message only during the session in which it is deleted.

 

Play Message Envelope:

1-Press SevenTwo to hear the message envelope which includes the time received, sender and status of message.
