You can fill out the Telephone Trouble Report
form
Or you call the Helpdesk 223-HELP (223-4357) and provide the following:
- Contact Person
- Name
- Contact Phone
- Number
- Dead Phone
- Campus
- Department
- Room Number
How long does it take:
Dead phone problems:
Dead phones are treated as a priority and in most cases the problem will
be resolved the same day as reported.
All other telephone services:
Most services are performed within 5 working days, with the exception of
peak times (beginning of semesters) which may take longer.
