Tests submitted by faculty for test administration must be within Faculty Guidelines For Use of ACC Academic Testing Centers.

Secure Online Testing

To minimize computer problems that can occur, please review the Secure Online Testing with Respondus Checklist and go to a testing center and deploy each test to ensure the correct test delivery for your students.

Emails

Please use Testing Center emails that are checked daily. Emails for Testing Center Supervisors are not checked in their absence.

Red Scantron Answer Sheets     

All Academic Testing Centers are now scoring the Red Scantron answer sheets.

Testing Center Forms :

Do you need to submit test materials to the Testing Center?  If yes, please complete the paper copy of the Test Transmittal Form (pdf) and send it with test copies to the Testing Centers where your students will be testing.        

• Test Transmittal Form (must be printed to submit to Testing Centers)

• Departmental Test Sharing Form (must be printed to submit to Testing Centers)

 Are your test materials already in all 10 Academic Testing Centers from previous semesters?  Are your tests for a Distance Learning course or a compute-based test? If yes, the forms below will transmit to all Testing Centers.  Only use the Online Test Transmittal Form if all Testing Centers need to receive this form and if all Testing Centers already have the test copies for this form being submitted.  These forms can be completed online and submitted electronically. Online Test Transmittal Form & Departmental Test Sharing Form
