Instructions for Successful Completion and Submission of Forms

  1. I understand that I must abide by the Academic Testing Center Procedures and that only those exams submitted accordingly will be processed.
  2. I must include a copy of the Procedures for Student Use of Academic Testing Centers in my class syllabus.
  3. Academic Testing Centers MUST receive exams 2 working days before exams will be available to students.
  4. Tests must be received in an Academic Testing Center nine (9) days before the last day of the semester. This deadline also applies to exams and transmittals delivered in person, via mail, and the online submission system. The deadline will be posted near the end of semester online at www.austincc.edu/testctr
