Heat Map
Heat Map - Successful, Non-Successful, and Withdrawal Grades
This report shows heat map based on the grade data - successful grades, non-successful grades, and withdrawal grade; by the selected student demographic, faculty type, or course type.
Withdrawal Data
Withdrawal Report
This report generates withdrawal rates and reasons for withdrawal.
Reasons for Withdrawal by Week Report
This report generates reasons for withdrawal by withdrawal week (the week in the semester the withdrawal occurred).

Course Progression Report - Additional Parameters
This report tracks the student's performance across different courses by Student Demographics. Best viewed using Internet Explorer web browser.

This report provides course enrollment numbers for selected semesters disaggregated by selected demographic parameters.
Section Allocation Planning Tool
(Accessible only to Section Allocation Planning Group)
This report uses enrollment and section data and computes the estimated number of sections needed by course or department, given a 95 percent section fill rate. Used for course scheduling. Section Allocation Planning Group
Student Profile Report - Additional Parameters
This report provides data generated on Census date or End of Term data at the College level, Discipline level, Declared Major or by Region.
Student Headcount - Additional Parameters
This report provides unduplicated student headcount for selected semesters disaggregated by selected demographic parameters.
Grade Data
Grade Distribution Report - Additional Parameters Selection
Various level of Grade Distribution reports, starting from Fall 2005. It allows advanced drill down capability - by student's demographic, FTIC, course length, etc. Best viewed using IE web browser.
Grade Distribution Summary Report - Additional Filter Parameters
This report allows user to compare grade distribution for a certain segment over period of times. It can be segmented by various student demographics and course's characteristics.

Time to Completion Report
This report shows the time students took to complete their first award/completion at ACC.

This will be a text description of this report.
Transfer Data
Transfer Report
This report tracks the number of ACC students transfering to a 4-year institution for each selected cohort. It can be segmented by gender, ethnicity, age group, completed SCH, & Transfer Inst.
Withdrawal Data
Withdrawal Report - Additional Parameters
This report generates withdrawal rates and reasons for withdrawal. It allows advanced drilled down capability - by student's demographic, FTIC, Section weeks, etc.

ACC's Information Portal FERPA Compliance

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) (20 U.S.C. 1232g; 34 CFR Part 99) is a Federal law that protects the privacy of student education records. The law applies to all schools that receive funds under an applicable program of the U.S. Department of Education.

In accordance with FERPA, researchers need to be extremely cautious about releasing data that could lead to the identification of individual students, particularly when related to financial or performance data. Per OIEA guidelines, tables produced from TIPS intended for presentations or any other public release should have small cell sizes (N < 5) suppressed.
