Austin Community College & Concordia University at Austin Core Curriculum Requirements |
Concordia maintains a 56 – 57 semester hour core, which includes the courses listed below. At ACC, 42 semester credit hours may be taken according to the listing below to meet the ACC Core requirements. Except for Concordia’s Religion and PE requirements, the ACC core is accepted as satisfying Concordia’s core when this guide is followed. This results in a 56 – 57 credit core for students transferring to Concordia from ACC. ORI 1101 at Concordia is waived for students transferring with an AA degree. The computer competency and, where applicable, the foreign language requirement must still be met in the ways indicated. Foreign language at ACC may not be taken to satisfy Concordia requirements in Communication or Humanities.
