Ways To Register For Classes
Online Registration
Out-of-district fees do not apply when registering for a Continuing Education course. All students registering for Continuing Education courses are charged the course tuition/fees as published in the current Continuing Education Course Schedule.
Register, pay fees, get your account balance, add or drop classes and listen to your course schedule through the ACC online registration system. Online registration is open during registration periods. See below for the telephone registration schedule:

- Proceed to the online registration area to begin the process.
Request An Official CE Transcript
Submit a completed and signed CE Transcript Request Form the the address on the form.

Register By Mail

To register by mail, complete the Continuing Education registration form that is provided in the ACC Course Schedule, or you may download it using the link below. Mail the coupon, along with a check or money order for the full amount of the tuition and fees, to the Registration Desk.

How To Register by Phone
- Call (512) 407-3087 or Toll-Free using (866) 878-7889.
- Enter your Social Security Number and press the pound key (#).
- Enter your PIN and press the pound key (#). what's this?
Your Personal Identification Number is your birth month and year in MMYY format.
- If asked, enter the number that matches your registration semester. what's this?
The format for this is as follows: 1 = Fall, 2 = Spring, 3 = Summer
- Use the following format to either ADD or DROP classes from your schedule.
The first time you go through telephone registration each semester you will be asked to enter the number that matches your primary reason for registering for courses at ACC this semester. Listen to the options and enter the one digit code followed by the pound # key.
For the registration codes, use 2* to Add or 3* to Drop then enter your 5-digit synonym followed by the pound # key. It's a very good idea to write down the synonyms before calling the registration system so that your session will not time out on you as you are looking up your synonyms.

- Press 5# to hear your courses, or 9# to exit the regisration system.
- To add a Parking Permit, press 1#. To decline, press 9#.
- Finally, either pay now with a credit card or pay at a later date.
Please have your credit card in hand (Visa / MC / Discover) and press 1# when prompted.
Enter your credit card number followed by the pound key (#).
Enter the card expiration date in MMYY format followed by the pound key (#).
Wait for a confirmation message from the system and then you may hang up.
Call (512) 407-3087 or Toll-Free using (866) 878-7889.
When prompted, enter your registration code, followed by 9# and then 1#.
