Austin Community College offers two ways to put yourself on the fast track to a new career.

• You can choose from dozens of college credit certificate programs that give you the skills you need to enter the workforce right away. You can keep and apply these credits toward an Associate’s Degree in the same field or transfer them to another school in the future.
• If you don’t need degree credits but need specific skills or credentials, ACC’s Continuing Education Division allows you to choose from a wide range of excellent non-credit job-entry programs in high-demand fields.

If you simply need to add new job skills or update your current skills, take advantage of ACC’s classes by enrolling as a credit student or through the nondegree Continuing Education Division.

Need to prepare for the GED? It could be an important step in a new direction for your career. We're happy to give you the support you need through our Adult Education Division, where we offer classes in GED preparation at several locations.

Workforce education programs, and continuing and adult education, are part of the Office of Workforce Education and Business Development.
