Title IX: Responsible Employees

  • Employees who are supervisors must report all allegations of sexual misconduct to the District Title IX Coordinator or to a Deputy Coordinator
  • Employees who are not supervisors must report all allegations to the supervisor or directly to the District Title IX Coordinator, or to a Deputy Coordinator

What to Report

  • Victim’s name
  • Location of Incident
  • Date of Incident
  • Any other information you receive
  • You do not need to ask questions, just report what is given to you and support the victim

How to Submit a Report

Not all reports will result in a formal investigation. However, all reports must be reviewed and addressed. If you are unsure, report it.
