Prospective students must meet the following criteria to participate in the Level Up program:
The first step is to complete a Career Pathways application, and to attend your selected orientation event. During the orientation event, you will learn more about the program and take an assessment test that will last 1-2 hours.
As a new Level Up student, you will select an Occupational Skills Award (OSA) to pursue from the list of eligible programs below. The Level Up coordinator will work with you to complete the remainder of the registration process. The cost of your entire OSA, including required textbooks/equipment for each course, will be paid for by Career Pathways. Applying for and utilizing federal financial aid funds will not impact your eligibility for this program. ACC students are also eligible for a FREE Capital Metro Green Pass.

If you are unable to meet these requirements, you may be ineligible to continue in the program.
Note: A prior criminal conviction could keep you from being licensed in certain careers by the state of Texas. If you have a question about your background and licensure, please contact Career Pathway Staff to examine career options. You also have the right to request a criminal history evaluation letter from the applicable licensing agency.
