Students admitted into the Texas A&M-Chevron Engineering Academy are Texas A&M College of Engineering students from day one!
You’ll be co-enrolled at Austin Community College and Texas A&M while you take math, science, and core curriculum courses. Our smaller student-faculty ratio allows you to connect with your professors and Academy peers. After one or two years co-enrolled at ACC, you’ll transition to Texas A&M University in College Station to finish your bachelor's degree.
Applications for Fall 2023 are now open. Stay in touch with us for updates about the next Engineering Academy application period.
The ACC Mathematics Department offers an advanced math placement test (ALEKS) to assess your precalculus and calculus readiness. You can register for the test once you complete the ACC admissions process.
