Filling out an application is the first step to becoming an Austin Community College student for all types of students. ACC has an open admissions policy. Anyone seeking a post-secondary education is welcome to enroll. There is no application fee!
Follow these steps to apply
1. Check your browser
- For the best system performance, use the latest version of Google Chrome
and disable third-party cookie blocking in the settings

2. Set up your account
– First-time users will need to set up an account.
3. Check your email
for your user name and password.
4. Log into the Application Portal
to begin your application.
5. Choose the type of student
that best describes you and fill in your information.

Traditional Students - Submit your transcripts and required documents such as TSI scores, meningitis vaccination record (or waiver), and proof of residency. Your enrollment advisor can help guide you through the process.
Other Students - If you're applying to take Continuing Education or Adult Education classes, these documents are not required. Your enrollment advisor can help guide you through the process.
