From Makers to Sellers


Austin Community College’s Fashion Incubator will help expand the local fashion industry by providing small business and emerging entrepreneurs with access to cutting-edge resources to help turn their fashion ideas into profitable products. Simultaneously, the Fashion Incubator will support academic pursuits for the development of certificate and for credit programs in Fashion Design, Technical Design and Fashion Entrepreneurship, with the ultimate community impact of gainful workforce development. Funded in partnership with the City of Austin, the ACC Fashion Incubator offers access to state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment, design space, and business expertise all in one location.

Fashion Education at ACC


ACC continues to develop its fashion and training education with credit and noncredit options. Students can take noncredit classes in fashion design through the Continuing Education Division. The college’s Business Area of Study offers a credit certificate and an associate degree in fashion marketing.
