COSC 2415 Data Structures and
ITSE 2445 Data Structures

This page supports the Data Structures courses taught by Bob Comer at ACC. It is for those students currently enrolled in or considering enrolling in these courses. These pages will be updated throughout the semester, so check them occasionally for changes or additions.

COSC 2415 is a transfer course that is required for the Computer Science AS degree and is optional in several of the AAS degrees in Computer Information Systems at Austin Community College.
ITSE 2445 is a workforce course that is required for the associates degree in Oracle Database Management and Administration at Texas State Technical College - Waco (offered through the Virtual College of Texas). ACC students should not enroll in this course.

WARNING - Orientation is required for all Open Campus sections. If you have not completed Orientation by the end of the first week of the semester, you will be dropped from the class.

The textbook for Spring 2009 is:

ADTs, Data Structures, & Prob Solving w/C++ 2nd Edition by Larry Nyhoff, ISBN 0-13-140909-3, published by Pearson Prentice Hall.

8/23	Page Created
9/21	Added program 4 to the Assignments page and to the semester schedule.
10/27	Added programs 5 and 6 to the Assignments page and to the semester schedule. I intend to add one more programming assignment for this semester.
11/9	Exam 2 will be available on Wednesday, November 11 at all ACC Testing Centers.
11/16	I decided not to add a seventh programming assignment for this semester. There will be a total of six programming assignments for this semester. I have updated the Blackboard Grade Book to reflect this.
