ACC campuses remain closed to the public. Non-essential faculty and staff are encouraged to stay home and work remotely through the fall. Campuses and centers are open only to students attending in-person classes, those with an appointment, and essential faculty and staff. All who come to campus are required to follow health and safety protocols to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the ACC community.

December 17 - January 18
Beginning Thursday, December 17, through Monday, January 18, ACC campuses and facilities will be closed to all non-essential employees. All other employees will be asked to work remotely. Beginning January 19, classes will resume as scheduled. Essential faculty, staff, and students with face-to-face classes and labs will return to campus.

October 26 - December 16
ACC students may access on-campus computers and study space by appointment at three locations— Hays Campus library space, Highland Campus ACCelerator, and Round Rock Campus ACCelerator. Please see hours of operation below.

Note: Some classes may be offered outside these hours. Classes will have access to buildings at scheduled times.

Employee Access Outside Operating Hours

• Employees needing to access a building outside normal hours of operation should call Dispatch at 512-223-1231. 
• All employees should leave ACC facilities after operating hours unless their work is emergency-related.
• If you need to remain more than an hour after operating hours, call Dispatch at 512-223-1231 to inform them you are still in the building. Call Dispatch again when you are leaving the building.
