Ensure your device has wireless enabled and select the "ACC Start Here" network.

Once you have successfully connected to "ACC Start Here", if not automatically redirected to the ACC Wireless Onboarding page please open a web browser and go to http://svccp.austincc.edu. It is important that you initially connect using HTTP. Once you do this you will be automatically redirected to a secure connection (HTTPS). After this occurs please read the “Terms and Conditions” and check the box “I agree to the Terms & Conditions” and click “Next”.

Click “Guests and Visitors” to continue.

Select either the Send to Email, Send TXT Message or I already have a verification code options and enter the appropriate data (i.e. Email, Cell number or voucher code). Then click "Send" to either receive a new code or to move on to the next step if you already have one.

After completing the previous step you will receive a 4 digit code which should be entered into the following window next to "Verification Code:". After this has been completed click "Continue" and you will then be redirected to https://www.austincc.edu

If for some reason you are not automatically redirected to the ACC homepage and receive the following error. Please either try going directly to http://austincc.edu after you initially get the error or close the browser, go into your wireless settings and forget the ACC Start Here network and proceed with the steps above again. The error below is normally seen when a user uses HTTPS and not HTTP when initially going through these steps.
