ACC Highland Campus Next Steps

Austin Community College’s Highland Campus, Building 1000, is closed temporarily as crews work to repair damage due to a water leak. The leak flooded a significant portion of the campus, including parts of the ACCelerator, and damaged the campus communications systems. As repairs are made, updates will be posted here.

Wednesday, March 13 | Cashier Office temporarily relocates to ACC Highland Business Center (5930 Middle Fiskville Rd.)


Updates

March 11, 2019 — ACC Highland Campus, Building 1000, remains closed Tuesday, 3/12, as crews continue work to repair damage due to a water leak. Building 1000 classes and events are canceled during this time. Limited student services will be available at various locations at ACC Highland.

  • Student Services: The college’s Mobile Go Center will be parked on the east side of the parking lot during regular campus hours beginning Tuesday, 3/12.

  • Cashier’s Office: The office will relocate temporarily to ACC Highland Business Center, 4th Floor (5930 Middle Fiskville Rd.) beginning Wednesday, 3/13.

  • Other Support Services: Students may visit any other ACC location or use Online Services as well.

ACC Highland, Building 4000, and all other college campuses will remain open on a regular schedule.

March 10, 2019 — ACC Highland Campus, Building 1000, will remain closed Monday, March 11, due to a water leak. Classes and activities in Building 1000 are canceled until further notice. ACC Highland Building 4000 will remain open on a regular schedule. Some activities may be impacted due to limited connectivity. All other ACC campuses remain on a regular schedule.

March 10, 2019 — ACC Highland Campus, Building 1000, is closed Sunday, March 10, due to a water leak. Classes and activities in Building 1000 are canceled until further notice. All other buildings at ACC Highland and all other ACC campuses remain on a regular schedule.
