Distance Learning
Some of this information is available in different formats: Adobe Acrobat (pdf) format (if your computer doesn't already have this installed, you can download the software for free from Adobe), Rich Text Fomat (rtf, which can be opened in most word processorts, including Microsoft Word or the Wordpad program included with all versions of Windows, though equations probably won't show up in Wordpad), and plain html format (you can read and print these from your web browser).
The html pages in particular are available elsewhere in the site, but these are "plain" versions without the menu bar or graphics, so they are easier to print out, if you wish. (If you just want to look something up, use the link pages; they are easier to read and find your way around.)

But, what about graphing calculators? They use them in the book and videos, but we can't use them on tests? What gives? | link |
Formulas that all students need to learn (memorize) for Trigonometry - You will gradually come across these formulae as you work through the course, learning them as you go. You should mark them off on here as you go along and use this sheet when reviewing for the tests. | |
Unit Circle - You will need to memorize this in degrees for Test 1 and in radians for Test 2 (and you will need to know this for all later tests). There are two links here, one blank for you to practice filling in and one filled in for you to check against. | Blank / Filled-in |

You must take each test at your designated ACC testing center during the dates it is scheduled to be available. Visit http://www.austincc.edu/testctr/ for information about testing center locations, policies and procedures. Remember that:
Important note about the final exam:
You will notice that the deadline for the final exam is kind of early compared to the other exams. This is because I have an absolute deadline when I have to turn in your final grades for the course and I have to allow time for the final exams to get to me from the Testing Centers. If you really need a few more days to take the final, you may contact me in advance to request that I put the test in the Northridge Testing Center for you for a few extra days. (I'm sorry, but this is not possible at any other Testing Center, due to logistics.)
