I really hope to expand this section soon. (Really...)

Here are some animations I have developed for demonstration use in class or for people to just play around with. For each animation, I show the animation, explain what it demonstrates, and give a link to a Mathematica notebook that you can download that allows you to generate similar animations. For the most part, each of these notebooks contains a Mathematica function that you can use to generate similar animations based on any graph you choose.

If you have suggestions for particularly cool or useful types of animations, please contact me and I might be able to write a Mathematica function that will do it for you (subject to how much time I have and how motivated I am feeling).
