Austin Community College now has student email. ACC is teaming up with Google Apps for Education to provide personalized email accounts to all ACC students. It’s called ACCmail and will allow the college community to share information and ideas more easily, but that's not all!

What Do I Get?

·         Personalized email accounts:. It’s called ACCmail and will allow the college community to share information and ideas more easily.

·         Shareable calendar service that lets you keep track of all important dates in one place.

·         Instant messaging that enables students to IM, send voicemail, and more!

·         Web based word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software lets students easily create, share, and save documents.

·         Access all your Google Apps documents at ACC from one easy place.

·         Beginning in Spring ’09, email to students’ g.austincc.edu accounts will become ACC’s official means of communication to students.

How Do I Activate My Account?

·         Read the Frequently Asked Questions: www.austincc.edu/google/faq.php

·         Login to Online Services:  https://onlineserv.austincc.edu/WebAdvisor/WebAdvisor to get your user name and initial password information (You can find it under Student Menu> Communications> ACCmail), and also on the Continuing Education menu under ACCmail

·         Head over to the Google Apps at ACC Login Page: partnerpage.google.com/g.austincc.edu and login using your initial login information that you found on Online Services.

·         Follow the instructions provided by Google to change your password, review information, and get started using Google Apps at ACC!

I reset my password and forgot it?

• To reset your password please go to : https://acceid.austincc.edu/AccMAIL/

NOTE: Since Google has no identifying information for students, you must first validate your identity by entering your ACCeID and password.  ACC will then send a password reset request to Google.  Passwords will be reset back to the initial password which is the last 4 digits of your Student ID and your birth date in mmddyy format.
