Austin Community College District (ACC) welcomes a new interim Trustee to the college’s Board of Trustees. Dr. Manuel (Manny) Gonzalez was appointed to the Place 5 seat by members of the ACC Board during a special meeting on Monday, April 11.
He will assume the Place 5 seat vacated last month when Trustee Nicole Eversmann stepped down to assume a full-time position with the Texas Association of Community Colleges. Dr. Gonzalez will serve the remainder of Eversmann's term until the November election. More details will be shared soon.
