Austin Community College District (ACC) welcomes returning and new Riverbats as the fall 2022 semester begins Monday, August 22. The college remains committed to keeping students on track to reach their goals.
As more students head to one of ACC’s many campuses, the college will help you navigate.
Support Resources Districtwide
Need help with tutoring, academic coaching, advising, money management, and more? It is all available for FREE to ACC students! You can find quick links to academic, personal, technological, and financial support on the website. All services are available both online and in-person so you can get guidance anytime and anywhere.
Explore Your Campus Life
ACC hosts events and activities at campuses districtwide throughout the year. If you want to get to know what’s happening at YOUR closest campus, check out the Welcome Week events hosted at the start of the semester from your campus Student Life team. Activities also are available in virtual formats for online and hybrid learners.
Navigate Your Campus
Finding your way around campus at the start of the semester can be tricky. Below are helpful information tips for finding your class and getting support.
Need help decoding the classroom number? The first digit in the room number is the building, the second number is the floor, followed by the room number. IE 1314: Building 1000; 3rd floor, then follow room numbers until you see 1314.
Hays Campus only has one main building, 1000. Every floor has a directory to help you find where you need to go. On the main floor there is Student Life, Food Pantry, Learning Lab, and Testing Center. Head upstairs to gain access to the library and computer center.
Riverside Campus is numbered slightly differently; instead of building numbers, each one is a letter, A through G, plus K,L, M, and S. While most buildings are home to programs, student support services can be found in building G. Here you can find Learning Lab, Financial Aid, Bookstore, Cashiers, Advising, Counseling, International Admissions, Veterans Affairs, Student Life, and “El Centro” Latino/Latin American Studies Center.
Just one building to find your way around here, South Austin Campus is just building 1000. On the first floor you can find the Learning Lab, Financial Aid, Advising, Counseling, and Student Life. Head up to the second floor for the Library and Computer Center.
