Get connected & practice steps you can take to stay safe

Planning for the unexpected and staying safe while on campus, Austin Community College District (ACC) practices emergency response procedures and tests its emergency notification system as part of Emergency Preparedness Week from Tuesday, September 6, through Friday, September 9.

Every third week of the semester, ACC hosts Emergency Preparedness Week to train for the best actions to take in the event of an emergency on campus. The college will conduct building evacuation drills at select campuses and test the ACC Emergency Alert System districtwide.
