Find & Activate Your ACCeID

Your ACCeID is a unique number that begins with the first letter of your first name followed by your seven-digit ACC ID number that appears on your ACC ID card.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ACC EMAIL TAKES 24 HOURS TO ACTIVATE.

You will need your ACCeID and password to log in to Self-Service and other ACC online services.

First-time users

1. Find ACCeID
2. Activate ACCeID
3. Choose Security Questions

Returning users

• Find your ACCeID
• Password reset or reminder - IMPORTANT: Enter your ACCEID, THEN click "Forgot Password"
