Employee Support Programs

In addition to traditional benefits such as insurance, retirement and leave programs, ACC provides programs that offer discounts on products and services to assist employee with personal needs or interests.  Value-added programs also assist employees maintain their health, deal with personal or emotional crisis, or address financial needs and services.  Some of these programs are paid for by ACC in whole or in part, while others are paid for by the employees.  

FastPark and Relax at the Austin Airport (ABIA)

FastPark is a proud partner of Austin Community College.

FastPark offers ACC employees a discount, the ability to earn free parking, emergency car services at no additional charge, 24-hour shuttles with pick up/drop off at your vehicle and more!  FastPark is almost always the least expensive covered parking available at the airport. If you register for the FastPark free rewards program, you will be able to make free reservations and guarantee your parking along with all of the benefits mentioned above. Reservations are highly recommended. FastPark has easy access on and off Hwy 71 in both directions.  The program is available for both business and personal use.  To enroll, use the ACC Enrollment Link.

Office 365 - Free 

Austin Community College District is providing Microsoft Office to every student and employee free of charge. This means the latest version of the full Office productivity suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and more available for offline and online use to best prepare you for class. As long as you are a student/employee here and as long as Microsoft extends this benefit, you will be able to use this software for free. Since this is a free benefit from Microsoft, ACC will not provide any support for installation on personal devices. This does not take the place of Google email or Google Apps. Texas Tuition Promise Fund

The Texas Tuition Promise Fund is the state’s prepaid college tuition plan.  It allows families (or anyone in Texas) to lock in tomorrow’s tuition and school wide required fees at Texas public colleges and universities, at today’s prices. The plan allows you to purchase tuition units to cover all or a portion of these costs, and offers flexible, budget-friendly payment options. https://www.texastuitionpromisefund.com/content/how-it-works/for-employers
The Texas Match the Promise FoundationSM encourages families to save for college by awarding matching scholarships of tuition units worth up to $1,000, and one-time grants of tuition units worth $2,000, at today’s prices. The scholarships are open to students who meet eligibility guidelines.  
Both programs open for enrollment on Sept. 1 of each year.
