If a sponsor is paying your ACC tuition (for example your employer, a government agency or another agency), they must complete the authorization process before you register.
- Obtain a Sponsorship Agreement Form from Bill to Pay (B2P). You may also email accspons@austincc.edu or call 512-223-1093. ACC must then approve the sponsorship.
- Before registering, confirm with your sponsor that ACC has approved the sponsor agreement. If you register before the sponsor is approved you could be dropped from your classes.
Note: You are responsible for paying any amount not covered by the sponsor by the next payment deadline.
