The following is a list of alert notifications that were posted to the ACC website.

  • ACC closed Sunday, monitoring conditions

    All ACC campuses and centers remain closed Sunday, August 27, due to severe weather. Your safety is our top priority. The college is closely monitoring developing weather conditions in our region. At this time, classes are scheduled to begin Monday, August 28. Changes and updates will be posted here, on Facebook, and Twitter. Please check back.

  • ACC campuses closed this weekend

    ACC campuses and centers will close Saturday and Sunday in anticipation of possible severe weather. Registration will be extended through Tuesday, August 29, at 5 p.m. Fall classes remain scheduled to begin Monday, August 28. The college is monitoring the weather.   • Call Center phones experiencing outage

    ACC Student Services Call Center is experiencing a phone outage. You may contact them via email or chat

  • Experiencing ACCmail trouble? Use login manager

    Numerous ACCmail users are unable to access their accounts today and are receiving a “password deactivated” notice. If you're affected, go to the login manager to access your email. It may take several attempts and may require a new password.

  • San Marcos Goodnight Center reopens on regular schedule

    ACC’s San Marcos Goodnight Center will reopen on a regular schedule, 4/12, following a power outage due to severe weather. All other ACC locations also remain on a regular schedule. 

  • San Marcos Goodnight Center is closed

    Classes are canceled today, Tuesday, April 11, at ACC’s San Marcos Goodnight Center due to severe weather, resulting in a power outage. All other ACC locations are on a regular schedule. Updates on when the Goodnight Center will reopen will be provided here, on Facebook, and Twitter.

  • Round Rock Campus to reopen Friday, 3/24

    Power is restored at ACC Round Rock Campus. The campus will reopen Friday, March 24, on a regular schedule. 

  • Riverside Campus Open Today

    ACC's Riverside Campus is open Tuesday, Feb. 21, on a regular schedule.

  • Riverside Campus will open Tuesday, remains closed tonight.

    ACC's Riverside Campus remains closed Monday, Feb. 20, due to a power outage. All evening classes and activities are canceled. The campus will reopen Tuesday, Feb. 21, on a regular schedule. Updates posted here, on Facebook, and Twitter.

  • Riverside Campus will remain closed today

    Due to the continuing power outage, ACC's Riverside Campus will remain closed through today, February 20. Riverside evening classes and other activities are canceled. All other campuses are on a regular schedule. Updates will be provided here, on Facebook, and Twitter.

  • Riverside Campus closed until 5:00 p.m. Round Rock reopens.

    ACC's Riverside Campus remains closed until 5:00 p.m. today, Feb. 20, due to a power outage. Round Rock Campus is now open. All other campuses are on a regular schedule. Any updates will be posted here, on Facebook, and Twitter.

  • Round Rock Campus reopens. Riverside Campus remains closed.

  • Riverside and Round Rock campuses closed until noon

    ACC's Riverside and Round Rock campuses are closed until 12:00 p.m. Monday, February 20, due to a power outage. Morning classes at the two campuses are canceled.   • Pinnacle Campus reopens Monday.

    The Pinnacle Campus will reopen at 7 a.m. Monday, January 30. Classes and other activities will resume operations.

  • Eastview Campus Given "All Clear"

    "All clear" has been given at ACC's Eastview Campus following a brief lockdown. Austin police were investigating reports of shots fired near the campus. APD now reports the suspects have left the area. ACC police remain on campus to offer assistance.

     

  • Pinnacle Campus to Remain Closed

    ACC’s Pinnacle Campus remains closed through Friday, January 27, as crews continue repairs. Pinnacle classes and events are canceled during this time. Pinnacle students should check their ACC email for more information. All other ACC locations are on a regular schedule. Updates will be posted on the ACC website, Facebook, and Twitter.

  • Pinnacle Campus Closed Through Jan. 20

    ACC’s Pinnacle Campus will remain closed through Friday, January 20, to complete weather-related repairs. Pinnacle classes and events will be canceled during this time. All other ACC locations are on a regular schedule. Updates will be posted here, on Facebook, and Twitter.

  • Pinnacle Campus Closed

    ACC's Pinnacle Campus is closed until further notice for weather-related repairs. Limited student services will be available in the parking lot via the Mobile Go unit. Updates will be posted here, on Facebook, and Twitter.

  • Cypress Creek Campus Reopens Thursday

    ACC’s Cypress Creek Campus will reopen Thursday, January 12, following electrical repairs. The city replaced a transformer. Power is restored.

  • Cypress Creek Campus Closed Wednesday

    ACC’s Cypress Creek Campus will close Wednesday, January 11, for electrical repairs. The city is replacing a transformer. Limited student services will be provided via Mobile Go from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The campus is expected to reopen Thursday. 

  • Rio Grande Building 3000 is closed 12/5/2016

    Rio Grande Building 3000 is closed today and classes are being relocated so that crews may safely remove a raccoon that entered the building. Call 512-223-3000 or visit the Main Building Room 205 to check the location of your class.

  • Hays Campus operating on normal schedule

    The Hays Campus is open and operating under normal hours. Some areas are experiencing flooding; students and staff should use their judgment when traveling to campus. Contact your professor or supervisor if you cannot attend.

  • ACC ALERT: Robbery at Holiday Inn

    ACC ALERT: Robbery at Holiday Inn near Highland Business Center. Possible weapon. Described. as Black male approximately 30 years old, muscular, wearing black shirt. If seen call 512-223-7999.

  • ACC Northridge Campus Closed until 9:00a.m.

    ACC Northridge Campus is closed until 9:00 today, Thurs Jun 16, due to an electrical outage.

  • ACC Emergency Alert: RVS update

    ACC Emergency Alert: Austin Police have discontinued the search for the female suspect around Riverside. No threat to the campus community.

  • ACC Emergency Alert: Riverside Campus

    APD is searching the area around RVS campus for a female suspect described as Hispanic, wearing a red striped shirt and carrying a black purse. There is a large police presence in the area. This person is considered "dangerous to self or others." If you see the suspect, do not approach. Call Campus Police at 222 from a campus phone or 512-223-7999 from any phone.

  • Blackboard System Maintenance

    Blackboard is unavailable from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Monday, May 23, 2016 due to system maintenance.

  • Northridge, Rio Grande on regular schedule

    The Northridge and Rio Grande campuses are operating on a regular schedule. Power has been restored following Wednesday's outage.

  • Northridge & Rio Grande Campuses Open Thursday

    ACC's Northridge and Rio Grande campuses are closed tonight, Wednesday, April 27, due to power outages. All classes and activities at both campuses are canceled. All other ACC locations are on regular schedules. NRG and RGC will open Thursday, April 28, on a regular schedule.

  • NRG closes until noon today, 4/27, due to outage

    ACC's Northridge Campus is closed until noon, Wednesday, April 27, due to a power outage. Classes and activities scheduled before that time are canceled. Northridge faculty and staff are asked to report to work at 11:30 a.m.

  • Elgin Closed Friday Due to Outage

    The Elgin Campus is closed Friday, March 11, due to an electrical outage. The campus will reopen Monday, March 21, after spring break.

     

  • Eastview Student Services available outside Bldg. 8000

    Due to water pipe breakage in Buildings 1000 and 2000 at the Eastview Campus, Student Services are available in the Mobile Go Van parked at Building 8000 until further notice. Other campuses remain open. See locations.

  • Eastview Student Services reopen Tuesday outside Bldg. 8000

    Eastview Campus’ Student Services offices in Buildings 1000 and 2000 are closed Monday, January 4, due to flooding. Support services are available beginning 8 a.m. Tuesday in the college's Mobile Go Van parked at Building 8000. Other campuses remain open. See locations.

  • Update: ACC reopens 10 a.m. Saturday

    ACC campuses and centers will reopen at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, October 31, on a regular schedule. All classes and activities prior to that time are canceled due to possible severe weather.   • Severe Weather: ACC closed Friday

    ACC District experiencing severe weather and tornado warnings. ACC campuses are now CLOSED for the day. For those already on campus, stay inside the building until safe to travel. All others should get to and stay inside a sturdy building.

    Be alert to changing conditions. Severe thunderstorms can produce tornadoes. Shelter immediately if conditions threaten. If on campus check Campus Safety Plans for areas marked in green. Check ATXfloods.com for low water crossings.

    Austin Police Department and TX Department of Public Safety were in pursuit of a black car which was abandoned at Pinnacle Campus. The only available description of the subject is thin, black male. 

    There is a large police presence at Pinnacle campus as they search for this person.
