The Budget Office is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the College's annual budget. Specific responsibilities include:
Set-up and maintenance of General Ledger account numbers and object codes.
Every two years the College submits a Legislative Appropriations Request (LAR) to the Governor's Office of Budget, Planning and Policy, the Legislative Budget Board (LBB), and a number of other government agencies for records purposes.
