Compression Planning® is a visual planning process designed to bring out a group's best thinking and energy to resolve a complex issue in an environment of fair play and equal participation. The process gets everybody heading in the same direction and compresses the planning time for major projects.
Grants Development staff members are trained in Compression Planning® facilitation and have used the process to plan grant projects and other large, complex initiatives at the college. If your department is interested in using Compression Planning® to plan a project, contact Grants Development.
We will meet with you to discuss your project, problem or idea.
Determine who should be involved.
Grants development will take care of the logistics (hands out, room, etc.).
Once completed we will send you a report summarizing the session with a To Do list and next steps.
