What is the Riverbats Bravo Award?
The Riverbats Employee Bravo Awards program is a way to recognize employees demonstrating exemplary customer service whose actions reflect excellent communication, collaboration, or responsiveness in support of the missions, vision, and values of ACC.
Who is eligible for the Riverbats Bravo Award?
Full-time faculty, Adjunct Faculty, Administrators, Professional-Technical, Classified, and Student and Hourly employees.
Are hourly employees eligible for the Riverbats Bravo Award?
Yes, the Bravo award is the first recognition level for this program, and hourly employees are eligible for the Level 1: Bravo award.
Who can nominate an employee for the Riverbats Bravo Award?
Any user with an ACCmail account may nominate an ACC employee to receive the Bravo award.
How do I nominate an employee?
Submit an online nomination form.
How and when are awardees notified?
A Bravo nominee immediately receives an e-mail and certificate upon their nomination by an ACC employee via the online nomination form. Immediate notification is also sent via e-mail to their current supervisor. Excellence awardees and their supervisors are notified via e-mail upon completion of the evaluation by the program’s committee. The Employee of the Year and their supervisor are notified with a phone call.
