In order for YOU to receive crucial ACC emergency alerts, services, and updates it is imperative that YOU update and maintain your contact information. ACC applications rely on accurate information to provide the best possible services.

  1. Go to ACC Online Services for Employees
  2. Login with your ACCeID credentials
  3. Click on Change Employee Information
  4. Evaluate your existing information and adjust them as needed. Please make sure you select the correct Phone Type with your phone number. Emergency information are going to MOB Mobile Phone numbers only.
  5. Click submit to confirm your changes.

Make sure you maintain your personal information in Online Services to ensure receipt of important ACC messages such as RAVE Mobile Safety,  Regroup Mass Notification and Blackboard and more to come!!
