College Forms Design & Management

Records and Information Management is responsible for the administration of College print-based forms. This includes revisions to existing forms as well as the creation of new forms in compliance with College administrative rules and procedures.

  • In-depth analysis of the form requirements, content, and feasibility
  • Design and/or revision of printed forms
  • Production of camera-ready copies

Purposes

  • develop standards for creation and design of new forms
  • develop consistency across the College

The College Forms Inventory website was created to provide a centralized location for all College forms and to ensure that people have access to the current version of forms.
