Note: The documents below are only available to ACC employees. You must be on ACC computers or VPN; if not on ACC network, you will need your email password to access.
Official records are stored in the College’s cloud based ECMS program Box for ACC. To request access to Box, a supervisor must fill out a Technical Support Services request; listing the name(s) and valid contact emails for the employees needing access. Once Box has been added to your staff’s network login, division managers and directors can share content folders directly.
To obtain a listing of all college forms, go to the ACC Forms Inventory site and just click on the "Go" box under the keyword search box. This will bring up a list of all forms in form number order. If you wish to see the list in alphabetical order by form name, simply click on the form name heading and it will sort them accordingly.
You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to view and print PDF forms. If you do not have Acrobat Reader, you may download and install it for free.
