SE&O Efficacy Analysis

Efficacy & Student Outcomes Research serves SE&O units, as well as college-wide departments and initiatives such as the Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP), by developing and implementing student outcomes research. This research drives interventions that increase student program completion, university transfer, and/or successful transition to employment. Efficacy data identifies trends, gaps, and strategic opportunities for scaling equitable academic and employment outcomes, and provides metrics-based processes to elevate the student experience.
