In spring 2020, Austin Community College District administered the
Noel-Levitz Student Satisfaction Inventory (SSI) for a fourth
time. The survey was previously administered in spring 2017 and is being administered on
a three-year cycle.
The Noel-Levitz SSI measures students’ satisfaction with a wide range of services including:

- Academic Advising Effectiveness,
- Admissions and Financial Aid Effectiveness,
- Registration Effectiveness, and
- Campus Climate.
