Raindrop Bottles
Turn the bottle upside down, then set it right-side-up on a table and watch the colorful raindrops fall.
Materials
- bottle
- food coloring
- mineral oil (also sold as "cutting board oil")
Construction Instructions
Put some water with food coloring in the bottle. Fill the rest of the way with mineral oil. Glue the cap in place to avoid it opening and making a mess. No worries if it does though; mineral oil is non-toxic, just messy.
