ECON 2301 Principles of Macroeconomics

Students that need to complete both Econ 2302 (Principles of Microeconomics) and Econ 2301 (Principles of Macroeconomics) are encouraged to complete Econ 2302 prior to taking Econ 2301. This is strongly encouraged, but not required.

Department is no longer accepting new students on waitlist for summer 2024 sections. For those students already on a wait list, prior to the closure, please email the department administrative assistant at rdayton@austincc.edu for further information. Course instruction is online. Tests may also be taken online. Some tests may require proctoring. Students can access online proctoring on their own computer. Online courses eliminate geography as a factor. M. This class will be taught as a hybrid lecture section. That means that one-half of the instruction will be in the form of required face-to-face lectures. The other half of the instructional material will be presented, examined, and graded in Blackboard, i.e. online.
