Classes

A variety of classes take place in the ACCelerator each semester. Whether you enroll in motion graphics, developmental math, business communications, English as a second language, geography, or something else entirely, you’ll enjoy an interactive, 21st-century learning experience.

Professors in the ACCelerator are more than just lecturers. They’re facilitators and mentors who encourage students to take the reigns and work toward individualized goals. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to ask questions and collaborate with your peers.

Most work is done at computer stations, which are organized in pods with four computers each. This creates a casual, modern environment, that’s not available in a typical classroom.

Academic Coaching & Tutoring

Tutors assist with courses in the ACCelerator and provide after-class help with all sorts of subjects, too. Additionally, academic coaches are available in the ACCelerator to help you improve your time management skills, take better notes, study more effectively, and stay motivated.
