ACC offers emergency financial resources to current students who are experiencing unanticipated financial difficulties.
Students may apply for and receive funds from only one of the sources listed below as funds are limited.
Please read below to determine which funding would best assist you.
Austin Community College is here to help you succeed. In summer 2021, ACC received American Rescue Plan (HEERF III) funding to support eligible students financially impacted by the Coronavirus (COVID-19). These funds are a part of the Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund, a federal grant funded by the American Rescue Plan (ARP) and are available to students currently enrolled at ACC.
Other Eligibility Requirements:NOTE: Due to limited funding, ACC will prioritize currently enrolled students, Pell eligible students, undocumented students and other high need populations.
For more information about ARP, please go to the ARP website.
ACC’s Student Emergency Fund is reserved for those who have experienced an unanticipated financial emergency that is NOT a result of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Money may be used to cover necessary living expenses, like rent and utilities.
