You are among nearly 3,000 associate degree and certificate earners this fall. Austin Community College wants to celebrate your achievements. ACC invites you to join your classmates and ACC faculty and staff for a virtual commencement celebration on Saturday, December 12, 2020. 

You are an exceptional class, and this experience will be one of many that will shape you throughout your life. Continue to pursue your dreams with dedication and enthusiasm and lean on the friends and family who have always supported you. The effort, perseverance, and determination you have shown over the past weeks are truly inspiring. Remember, you will forever be a Riverbat.

The virtual celebration will include special videos and messages to our graduates, their families and friends, and the Austin Community. We will hear from the fall 2020 commencement speaker, to be announced soon.  We will also hear from ACC Chancellor/CEO, Dr. Richard Rhodes, Chair of the ACC Board of Trustees, Ms. Gigi Edwards Bryant, President of the ACC Student Government Association, and our fall 2020 Chancellor's Student Achievement Award recipient, among other staff, faculty and community well-wishers. 

As a key part of this year’s virtual celebration, ACC will provide every candidate with a personal graduation profile to celebrate their accomplishments. Your graduation profile can be customized with a photo,  personal message, and your name read aloud just as it would be read during an in-person commencement ceremony. Your profile will be available to share on social media so others may congratulate you for your hard work and commitment and celebrate the Class of 2020!
