There is a Student Accessibility Services (SAS) office at each campus. If you have a disability, contact Accessibility Services at the campus that's most convenient for you.
Once you qualify for services, Accessibility Services staff meets with you to determine reasonable, appropriate, and effective accommodations based on the courses in which are enrolled and your disability.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, SAS staff are providing all services remotely until further notice. You will find the contact information for each campus here: Student Accessibility Services. If you have a documented disability or general questions, please contact SAS@austincc.edu.
If you qualify for services, SAS staff will meet with you via phone or Google Meet, or will have an email conversation with you to determine reasonable, appropriate, and effective accommodations based on your disability, the courses in which you are enrolled, and your current need.
To make a formal request, please complete the SAS Application for Services and Accommodations.
Please submit an Interpreter Request Form.
If you are deaf or blind, you may be eligible for a tuition and fee exemption.
