Can I use the data for other reports/presentations?
View AnswerThe summary data (also described as aggregated data) may be used as long as no student can be personally identified. We recommend that data showing fewer than 5 students not be shared outside ACC due to the possibility that a student may be identified. Please refer to the FERPA guidelines for more information: https://www2.ed.gov/policy/gen/guid/fpco/ferpa/index.html
