Admission Requirements for Transfer Students

  • Less than 24 earned credits: 2.25 college GPA & Freshman requirements
  • 24 or more earned credits: 2.25 college GPA (ACT/SAT & HS transcript not required)
  • 60 or more earned credits or Associates Degree: 2.0 college GPA
  • $40 non-refundable application (or request fee waiver, must have FAFSA on file)
  • Application deadlines: Rolling admissions. Scholarship & Financial Aid priority deadline for Fall is February 1.

  • Remedial/Zero-level and Sports/Leisure/Activity courses are not transferrable.

Meet admission requirements and parent or grandparent is OSU alum. Out-of-state students only. *

Regents Distinguished Transfer Waiver

Up to $2500 per academic year.

3.25 cumulative college GPA and 24+ transferable hours. In-state students / Oklahoma residents only.

* Students who qualify for both the Transfer Nonresident Achievement Scholarship and the Transfer Legacy Scholarship will receive the scholarship that provides the greatest benefit to the student.
