Thank you for your interest in ACC’s Culinary Arts Programs! We are an American Culinary Federation (ACF) exemplary certified program, offering in-depth culinary training and instruction at our school.

The Culinary Arts Department has a faculty of expert Chef Instructors that provide the hands-on education and necessary technical training to help you successfully enter the food service industry.

Culinary Arts Information Session

We will hold Information Sessions from October 7, 2014 to December 18, 2014 and Janurary 5, 2015 to January 15, 2015. If you are interested in Culinary Arts and want to learn more or ask questions, feel free to stop by for information and a tour.

Join us every Tuesday at 4:00pm and Thursday at 10:00am in Bldg. 3000, Rm 3158.


Student Advising and Registration
Spring 2015

Advising for Spring 2015 will begin October 6, 2014

Current culinary students can make an Advising Appointment with one of the following Chef Advisors:

Culinary Arts

Chef Sandi Pepper
Chef Brian McCormick

Pastry Arts

Chef Stephanie Herrington

Please bring all necessary forms (Program Evaluation and Student Petition) with you to your advising session.

Prospective culinary students should attend an Information Session before advising. This session will provide prospective student with information on our programs and the procedure on becoming an ACC Culinary Arts Student.

Registration Dates for Spring 2016

30+ Credit Hours - October 20, 2014

1-29 Credit Hours - November 3, 2014

0 Credit Hours - Novembe 17, 2014


New Student Orientation for
Spring 2015

The Culinary Arts Program will be holding a mandatory New Student Orientation for student joining our program in Spring 2015.

New Student Orientation
ACC Eastview Campus
Friday, December 12, 2014
Time: 2:00pm - 3:30pm
Building 3000, Room 3158

We will be discussing student code of conduct, uniforms and knife/pastry kits, and program expectations. You will also receive informaton from Library Services and the Learning Lab. At the end of orientation, if time allows, you will be given a tour of kitchens. 

Please take this time during orientation to ask questions. We want all our students have the tools to be successful.
