New Student Orientation for
Summer & Fall 2014
The Culinary Arts Program will be holding a mandatory New Student Orientation for student joining our program in Summer 2014 and Fall 2014.

Friday, May 9, 2014
11:00 am - 12:30 pm
Building 3000, Room 3158
We will be discussing student code of conduct, uniforms and knife/pastry kits, and expectations for a successful program. At the end of orientation, you will be taken on a tour of both kitchens.
If you have not ordered your chef’s coat by orientation, please do so now as delivery may take up to 6 weeks.
Please take this time during orientation to ask questions. We want all our students have the tools to be successful.

Student Advising for Summer & Fall 2014
Student Advising for Summer and Fall 2014 will begin March 3, 2014 for Current Students and March 17, 2014 for New Students. To make an Advising Appointment, Culinary Arts students need to contact Chef Brian McCormick or Chef Sandi Pepper and Pastry Arts students need to contact Chef Stephanie Herrington. Please bring all necessary form with you to your advising session.
