exemplary certified program, offering in-depth culinary training and instruction at our school.
The Culinary Arts Department has a faculty of expert Chef Instructors that provide the hands-on education and necessary technical training to help you successfully enter the food service industry.
Culinary Arts Informtaion Sessions
Information Sessions will begin September 23, 2014 and run through January 15, 2015. If you're interested in what the Culinary Arts Program has to offer, feel free to stop by and attend a session. This is an opportunity to ask questions and take a short tour of the department and kitchens.
Join us every Tuesday at 4:00pm and Thursday at 10:00am in Bldg. 3000, Rm 3154.
Student Advising Spring 2015
Student Advising for Fall 2014 has now closed. Advising for Spring 2015 will begin September 22, 2014. Current culinary students can make an Advising Appointment with the following Chef Advisors:

Prospective Students should attend an Information Session before advising. This session will provide prospective student with information on our programs and procedure on becoming an ACC Culinary Arts Student.
Please bring all necessary forms (Program Evaluation and Student Petition) with you to your advising session.

The Culinary Arts Program will be holding a mandatory New Student Orientation for student joining our program in Spring 2015.

We will be discussing student code of conduct, uniforms and knife/pastry kits, and expectations for a successful program. At the end of orientation, you will be taken on a tour of both kitchens.
If you have not ordered your chef’s coat by orientation, please do so now as delivery may take up to 6 weeks.
Please take this time during orientation to ask questions. We want all our students have the tools to be successful.
